I dreamt the other night:
just before the alarm clock rang, one of those crystal clear ones, you remember every moment,
detail, colour, word and facial expression…
The mileu: my dad’s farm. Peanuts harvested. Harsh sun. Dust. The noise of engines running and people working, shouting, sweating. Everyone I have a chat with, have problems: illnesses, lovers rows, teenage tantrums, divorce, drugs…
Suddenly the Good Fairy appears, dressed in hazy blue. All problems are being sorted out. We find new ways to look at our problems. We figure things out. We make other plans for the future. Suddenly our lives are not so dark any more.
Everybody is cheerful when she waved us goodbye: “Let me know when you need me again!”
“But how shall we know how to contact you?”
“JUST DRINK A GLASS OF WATER!”
Then I woke up…

“JUST DRINK A GLASS OF WATER!”
Then I woke up…
1. It “carries oxygen” to the brain and enables better concentration.
2. Water keeps muscles supple and firm.
3. With a balanced diet and enough water, stored energy lasts longer.
4. It is ideal to loose extra kilo’s – it suppresses eating disorders.
5. Sufficient intake of water is the best treatment for water retention.
6. You “detox” all the time because the waste products are reomoved.
7. Water intake prevents constipation.
8. Water restores inelasticity and a dehidrated skin, even when you just spray it on the skin daily.
9. Acne can be controlled by drinking water, regular exercise, relaxing, sufficient sleep and by following a low cholesterol diet.
10. Pores do not clog easily when you sweat effective.
11. Headaches, mostly due to dehidration, “dissolves” just by taking a glass of water (without the pain killers)
