We all want a younger looking skin and buy the most popular and expensive anti-aging products on the market. They contain ingredients that can have an anti-aging effect on the short term, but in the long term they have NO effect or have an AGING effect on the skin.

What should we know about anti-aging products?
1. Natural is better, but even natural is not always good for you
2. The moment any substance has been tampered with, or altered, it can no longer be called natural
3. Laboratory created products can be fantastic, depending on the ingredients
4. A products can contain as much as 4000 different fragrances, many of which are toxic, allergy building and even carcinogenic
5. Organic means: produced without the use of pesticides, artificial fertilizers or synthetic chemicals

7. Any substance which is not skin related or skin identical, is being interpreted by the skin as ‘foreign’
8. You can do so MANY things to reduce aging, and if you do the right things, you will not need ‘damage-repair’
9. 90% of aging is caused by extrinsic factors, and we can control that. We have no influence over our genetic aging
